i need sleep |
but i am feeling some dysphoric mania. i think i'll stay up till 7 AM.

Have you been taking all your meds? Be honest with your doctor, tell
him symptoms and side effects and keep a journal. Hope that this is
helpful, thanks for your earlier replies.

i don't take full meds due to side-effects and cost. i take small doses of
Risperdal on some days.
i should keep a journal to keep track of mood swings. thanks.
woke up after 3.5 hours of sleep and i'm up for the day.
