Object: I need to change my eating habits now

Must do:
1. Stop eating too much unhealthy snacks. When I'm stressed, I head for the
vending machine to grab some comfort food. That has to stop.
2. Stop going to the "all you can eat" buffet restaurants. I can't resist
the temptation to overeat.

Fruit is good, or a crisp carrot.

the temptation to overeat.

Only go to expensive restaurants. That'll curb your appetite.

The opinions given above may be mine. They might also
just be what I feel like saying right now, okay?

Just walking past a burger bar or fried chicken shop can put me right off
food for an hour.

That is rather 'it'. Not like pizza or coffee shops, now there I could
linger.

The only coffee shop I tend to linger in is in Waterstones. It's nice to
read one of their books while I'm slurping. I can only eat pizza when
I'm sure the only cheese is mozzarella. Panini is good. Preferably with
a glass of red wine.

There's an Ottakar's like that in the high street I frequent. They have
huge cups, guaranteed to spill, and charge silly prices, but the smell of
fresh coffee is almost irresistable. Coffee in bookshops is a fiendish
concept <G>
