I should start bleaching my teeth |
I wonder what things would be like after a month of Crest white-strips.

Those things are pretty amazing, actually. They really do work.

Really? I guess they've come a long way, I remember some sort of
consumer reports-esque test of all the tooth whitening gimmicks on the
market and they came the the conclusion that the only thing worth a damn
was going to a dentist for whatever industrial solution they use.
I don't really worry about the whiteness of my teeth. I just keep them
healthy and they can turn whatever color they want.
It was that stupid History Channel's documentary on hygiene. Royalty and
such used to literally bleach their teeth, stripping the enamel in the
process and causing themselves agony/toothlessness not too far down the
road.

You'd have stripy white teeth?

The opinions given above may be mine. They might also
just be what I feel like saying right now, okay?

That's an dental issue, this is a depression group.
Does the condition of your teeth make you sad?

Yes it does, how do you feel about your teeth?

haven't you been around here, like, forever? and should know by now
that nothing is OT in this group?
Or do you just have a really bad memory?

Yes, I've "been around here" a few years. And, yes, my memory is not
quite as good as it used to be.
On 11-25, Aplin17, the poster of "All-you-can-eat restaurants" described
his girlfriend's bullemia. Franz, responded, "That's an eating disorder,
this is a depression group. Does forced vomiting make her sad?"
As it happens Bullemia is closely associated with depression; so, the OP
was in an appropriate group. A group that addresses eating disorders
might well refer him to ASD.
I consider this NG willingness to go OT a Major benefit because, while
we know what depression is like, finding the respective cause(s) and
resolving them is different for each of us.
I had considered Franz's concern about the shade of his teeth a mere
vanity issue; until he said that his concern does cause him to be sad.
Learning that changed the issue for me. I imagine Franz already has very
pretty teeth, which leads me to wonder what's really driving him to seek
an enhancement that actually might not be needed at all.
I consider Alpin17's concern about his girlfriend's bullemia every bit
as relevant as his concern about the shade of his teeth; and therefore,
he shouldn't have been invited to seek help elsewhere. I used the
wording from Franz's response, in hopes that he'd see that one issue was
as important as the other. As it happens, bullemia is a very serious
ailment.

He's a fucking troll that's why. Pukin' and eating is a bad behavior, I
would offer *support* to someone who is serious about having that
problem. That twit posts ***** about how much salt he ate, his slim fast
o/d, some random date crap and probably a bunch of other stuff.
He's a joke. I know you've been around, I've seen the name...but you
don't seem to be in the game.

It only happens once every 28 years, but it's happening this year.

It would have been healthier for you if you had split the salt into the
individual sodium and chlorine elements, and then ingested them.
