Object: I slept late.
It's getting to be a habit. Something's changing. They were down to the
last "Guardian" in the papershop. If I'm up late, should I bother using
my SAD light any more?

The opinions given above may be mine. They might also
just be what I feel like saying right now, okay?

And I'm up early. Already got my first kid off to school, about
to send the second one.

I think so. But I don't know. I thought
it was the lumens quality thing that
matters and not just light/dark.

Three ten o'clock's, and seven thirty this morning. Made it easier to
get my naps in. I wonder if I'm going to get back to some sort of
routine again. Maybe I should use an alarm clock. It would be a shame to
miss tomorrow - sunny and mid twenties.
