7. cut (finger and toe) nails - done!
8. take out trash - done!
9. pick up mail - done!
10. have nutritious, low-glycemic index, low-saturated fat dinner - done!
11. buy cough drops and low dose aspirin - done!

I have a cold, so I should avoid physical exercise.
