My doc tells me that my dad's history is a definitely risk factor, but just
a risk factor. Nothing is guaranteed. Unfortunately for me, I have just
about every risk factor that's possible to have. Nothing is for sure, but
the odds are working against me.

While I'm thin, and unlikely to have heart problems (a grandfather did
though) and have blood pressure 115 over something which is
supposed to be good. I now have a sore back (partly because
recently carrying boxen of stuff about), however yeah, got the
"it's all going down hill now from here, I'm not as strong or
interested in stuff" type thing going on.
In consultation with folk here, and folk in my life 40, is a bad
number,
very bad. It should be banned.

made to live to 90 as someone who has to go
to hospital every week for painfull type stuff, and
then die in one.
There is a person living in our street who is 99 or 100
now, lives by herself, hubby died long ago. From time
to time I go there to do some task that is giving her the
shites as can't really see well like fix fiddly stuff like
plugging in TV ant. plug that fell out, etc.
Actually not been there since last year, should check on
that.
