Just make the right calls, both actions and telephones.
You've played the game long enough to know what they are,
so don't shy away from it.

i'm worrying me, too. i made the call, but it didn't help.
should have tried another number, but i didn't. i'm back
here, anyway. at least the suicidal crap's not as strong.
it's just the self-harm that's being overwhelming now.
