you're lucky that you can't have sugar during a low carb diet
craze. i went low carb years ago and there was hardly anything i
could eat then.

i'm not on a low carb , i just don't eat things with sugar or alot of fat in them ,
well that's not totally true the truth is more like i don't eat sugar or fat as much as i did 6 months ago
