I'm in a...... |
I don't know mood today.. Don't really want to watch tv...just want to
sit here and listen to music....would really like to talk with friends,
but they are all busy it seems..... hell even my own mom is too busy to
talk to me.....

Bummer scorp, I really don't relate, don't really have friends, and that's
my choice as far as my mom goes, I wouldn't care if she was busy or not,
don't really wanna talk to her either. I'm in a weird mood tonight, not
depressed just weird.

I've read some of your post, so I can understand why you would't care
about what your mom was doing....as far as the friends go....I really
don't have many...I have one for sure that I know of...the others, I
think they are more or less just nosy...

I've read some of your post, so I can understand why you would't care
about what your mom was doing....as far as the friends go....I really
don't have many...I have one for sure that I know of...the others, I
think they are more or less just nosy...
I've got one friend really, we used to do everything together, she was my
room mate from March - September, she got her own place and moved. No big
deal her dog was driving me nuts, she never disciplined him, but that was
neither here nor there. Anyway we go to lunch once in a while together, but
she's only 24 I'm 40 and really not into her lifestyle. She's still out
partying a lot and I tried that with her for those months and it was a good
time, but damn there is a time when a girl needs to grow up and I couldn't
keep doing that. I worked my 70+ hours a week and then partied all night,
just got to be too much for this ol'gal. She still invites me out with her
and a group of other people I know, but I'm just not interested anymore...

I used to have a friend that was sort of like that. Her and I were
best friends in high school, then I went to SD for four years. When I
moved back home, we picked up as though we were never apart. It was
awesome.....but she had changed...a lot...and so had I.... she was
hanging out with another chick that was 35 and we are in our early 20s
and this person was having an affair with a married man...well so was
my friend. I don't know, that just didn't set will with my
morals..... what was worse was the guy that she was having the affair
with, she worked with, and they both worked for a company in which my
brother was the vice president of....which put me right smack dab in
the middle. She made me promise to not tell anyone...which I didn't.
HOWever, I can't lie to my family either.....When my brother asked me
if they were seeing each other, I told him that I didn't want ot get in
the middle of it..and he knew. Well somehow when people started
talking in town, she thought I told someone and hasn't spoken to me
since..... I miss her a lot....

that's good....at least you're just a little off and not

it's strange. i don't feel depressed at all. i guess 'normal'
people take some down days, too.
