I'm not sure I can be here on asd right now. |
Even writing and responding to posts, or going on IRC, is becoming too
difficult for me to handle. E-mail is all I can deal with at present.
I'm in a worse place than I realized. I'm just not coping well with this
at all. It's brought back all sorts of harrowing issues.
Please e-mail me every so often, each of you. It's the only thing I can
tolerate right now. And it does seem to be some kind of help to me, to
know that at least I'm not forgotten or ignored. But asd and IRC are too
upsetting for me to engage in at this point.
