i'm trying |
to turn my attention from the worst of the thoughts, but the
words 'i have to die' are persistently hounding me. the other
suicidal ideation's bad, too, but so far i'm not in danger of
actually doing it. it just won't go away and leave me alone.
maybe i'll take some more seroquel and see if i can sleep once
it kicks in.

I'm fighting somewhat similar thoughts. my combat style is different, as
far as trying to be positive.
i guess i have suicidal ideations too, although that's not my words for
it... but it doesnt matter anyway.
do whatever you need to do to feel better and safer.

i ended up sleeping, and didn't cut for the first night in
four.

how does the Seroquel affect you? i got sleepiness for a while
(somnolescence) but recently it doesn't do that as well. my doc told me to
take it right before bed, but a couple of hours in advance is working
better.

how does the Seroquel affect you? i got sleepiness for a
while (somnolescence) but recently it doesn't do that as
well. my doc told me to take it right before bed, but a
couple of hours in advance is working better.
Gravity
mostly, the seroquel calms me down enough that i can sleep
when i'm tired, and helps me fall back asleep when i wake
during the night. i'm only taking 25mg as needed. more than
that and i'm hung over in the morning. that little doesn't do
a stellar job, but it helps.
