What I consider normal might sound really strange to you----so to me there
simply is no true definition of normal.
I have come to the conclusion that even when I am feeling miserable there are
always folks out there that are feeling the same way and worse or better. It
doesn't help but it makes me feel less alone.
I work a hotline----people can call and talk or not. Whatever floats their
boat and the more I do this the more I understand that each life is different
and so are feelings and emotions and all that garbage we call our lives.
BUT we are closely linked in strange ways----
So there is no normal.

I am no judge of normal. I do know worry does not really help
