I'm making up for yesterday.

I learnt in Spain that Siestas rock! I feel best when I get some
afternoon REM in. After thirty years of shift work I am well
trained for sleep deprivation. I sleep in small bursts usually...
have done for so long I can't remember anything else.
If I want longer than a few hours, certain herbs accompanied with
sex usually does the job. So, that means I get at least two good
nights sleep every year...

How many hours? I forget what my record is - I think it's something
like 15 hours.
The longest I went without sleep was almost 3 days, and I wasn't on
drugs. Got drunk twice trying to get to sleep.

I'm not sure of the total, but I do know I couldn't stay awake for more
than an hour without falling asleep again.
