Object: Is it wearing off?
I have been taking Zoloft the past couple of months, the only thing I can
say I notice, is I am not as irritable as I was. Little things no longer
annoy me or send me into a towering rage. I don't feel as frustrated...but
the past couple of nights I have had problems sleeping, nothing major - just
waking a couple of times during the night and an hour or so before the alarm
goes off. I am awake staring into the dark, waiting for the time to pass. On
the weekend, I noticed the old irritability sneaking back in. So I wonder,
is it because I forgot to take the Zoloft for a couple of days, or maybe I
need to go see the doc about upping the dose. I wonder.

Zoloft induced the worst despair I had ever felt. Prozac was inert
and the tricyclics were mostly annoying. my living situation sucked
rotted carp thru a skinny straw, but it didn't induce any despair...
depression often can equal anger
and depressing irritating surroundings can cause anger...
I think I'll take some benzos and go to sleep before I bash someone

that's exactly what Zoloft did to me. Made me feel better, but
destroyed my sleep. Tried Trazadone. Didn't work. Had to switch to
Paxil.
