It's a continuum |
I've noticed that when I go from one situation to another,I often get
very tense and nervous,it's hard for me to let go of the previous
situation,to adjust,to get out of my own world...I often start to
think in a kind of "soap opera" way,I think about events, images,I look
at life as a plot,I look for symbolism ect...the more calm and relaxed
I am,the more I can see things in a low key, light way...I can look at
life as a collection of "moments" instead of "events"...Maybe the
trick is to work on seeing everything as part of an infinite
continuum,every person,every situation,so that the contrast between
different situations will be less jarring...For example, instead of
looking at certain situations as being outside of my comfort zone,I
can think instead that one situation is just like another,I can
incorporate different situations,no matter how uncomfortable I am,and
anxious I am,into the continuum of possibilities...
