Well it is actually, but it has no meaning to what I have written here, it
is to do with wheat that is grown mostly in Europe for livestock feed, (just
Googled it) never mind, have a Happy New Year %, keep the jugs flowing,
and take it easy.

Be a lot more dubious of Dave's pronouncements. "Spelt" is a perfectly
good alternative to "Spelled" in any reasonably big dictionary; I've
used it here for years without Dave being brave enough to mention it. It
also makes good bread - bit heavy, but tasty.
Happy New Year. ;)

I must have been having a "senior moment" I've always used it that way too,
but when I actually googled it, I got the following.

=glossary_definition&ct=title
The supermarkets sell spelt flour. It comes with a recipe for Roman
legionary bread, which works quite well.
