I got a few hours of sleep last night, but am still bothered by the
voices. Am not sure what the plans are for today, however I may try to
do some cleaning. Wish that some things would go away soon, that I've
been experiencing. Have been going through some med changes, which will
include raising my antidepressant, going off anti-anxiety medication,
as well as other changes. Hope that you all are doing ok.
