just had a severe panic attack |
Don't know what's causing them, posted to asd and the panic disorder
group, unkind voices, battery drivven. seeing doctor today. can't get
away from voices, I need long term residential care. thanks for
morphing my phone calls guys.

hope you can somehow feel calm and okay until you can get some help.
I suffered from something like, caffiene-induced panic attacks (if that
makes any sense)
from late 03 until late 04, it was hell. hope you get through this soon.

I hope you can hang in there until your doctors appointment and that he/she
is able to help you quickly.

I hope that long term residential care works for you david... It's
sad to see you suffering so much on a daily basis... hopefully you will
get the help and support that you need very soon...
