Our group has noticed that the person below "Douglas R Wiser" lurks
around these news group's inviting -CHILDREN- that are vulnerable to
visit him in the U.S.A. Most of the time these kids are talking about
financial problems, drugs, suicide, sex, family problems and such
where as Douglas R Wiser uses as a tool to engage in a personal
conversation to find out their deepest secrets and uses that
information to blackmail them for sexual phone calls, sending pictures
and some other form of acts to satisfy his desires. If the child is
desperate he will offer them his house for them to stay at.
If you are a child and have been in contact with this person in any
form please notify your parents, teacher, police or grown-up that you
trust.

It's not harmless fun to play these kind of games. I'm sure the sender
has broken laws and exposed him/herself to civil liability as well.
If this is some kind of childish virtual vendetta, I hope the victim
brings the law down on you and sues your sorry *****.

Oh, that link, yeah I admit I am guilty of reporting a teacher that engaged
a 13 year old student for sex games. Yeah sure she admitted to leading him
on too and she told us she wanted revenge when he did not tell her he loved
her. But correct me if I seem misguided, doesn't that actually make the
teacher a pedophile and guilty of statutory rape too? But I am the one
getting attacked. Go figure.

The teacher is the adult, and supposed to act in a responsible
and mature way.
An adult getting into a sexual relationship with a 13 year old is
neither responsible nor mature.

There is a big political argument on usenet about Trolls. Some
people, including the Trolls, believe that one should just ignore them
and they will go away and disrupt some other part of usenet, and
provided that they do not read the disrupted newsgroup, that is all

Some believe that Killfiles are a total and complete answer to Trolls.

Others, including me, believe that one should do what one can against
them, and that killfiles are only a useful partial tool.

The Trolls hate these FAQs, a sig which I use including this URL, and
myself. To "punish" me for actually opposing them they: post
libelous things about me all over the usenet, follow up my posts with
lies about me, forge my identity wholesale on usenet postings.
Sorry but there is nothing I can do, except warn readers, what to
expect.
