Keepping with the program |
Looking forward to visiting my short term non-residential care program.
Today was ok, nothing too much new, except, no improvement to my voices.
Keeping busy always helps. Mood is fairly stable, though with some ups and
downs regarding the anti-anxiety meds, will be glad to get past this stage.
Hope that everyone else is doing well.
