Lease signing tomorrow |
We are planning a small celebration. Can't wait to get started. At
least it will get me away from you lot for a while... ;)
I was sick nervous earlier today. But everything seems to have
worked out for the best. I hope there are no surprises tomorrow.
They say there are lots of first days... but tomorrow will be a
biggie for me. Thanks ASD, thanks for just being there. I really
need you guys...

Hey that's great! I'm coming up on time to make a decision on what to do
apartment wise. I don't really like my location, but moving is such a
hassle and the place I'm in has pretty high vacancy so as a repeat
tenant they're willing to haggle. I knocked 'em down $120/month on the
last 6 month renewal!

If you play your cards right maybe you can get them to pay you to
stay there! I have discovered that for me, how and where I live has
a lot to with my state of mind. I'd rather pay a little extra for
that and if I need to, scrimp on other things to pay for it.

The scrimpage is already at critical levels, further scrimpage would
likely damage the very fabric of space time.
Imagine, your favorite grocery...now just a weird singularity.
Plus I think it's a crime to do bad physics to good supermarkets.
