I said that yesterday when my credit card didn't work for reasons I
don't know, and I had to pay with my laundry quarters. They're raising
bus fare here again. It's $1.60 to ride the bus, and it takes at least
two hours to get anywhere riding the bus. The routes are screwy. There
isn't even a bus for my to get to therapy and I live on the same street
a mile away. If I wanted to take a bus there, I'd have to get on in
front of the apartment, go to the train get on that, ride to another
place and get on another bus. I think the website said it's an estimated
hour and forty minute trip.

If they made me wait as long as they make you wait, I would too, but I
don't usually go to clinics without an appointment, but at the ER, if
they take too long, I go bug the nurses and push the buttons on the

I hate when they do that. I'm so glad I'm not going to that other place
for therapy and meds anymore. They had the most pathetic office staff
ever. I would check in for my appointments, and they wouldn't even ring
my therapist to tell her I was there, so my appointments usually started
fifteen minutes late, and if I had to wait longer than fifteen after the
time it was supposed to start, I'd just leave.

I used to go to a place where when I was stable on meds I could just
call my doctor and he'd write the refill script, and all I had to do was
pick that up at the check-in window. Two minutes tops.
