letting go of symbolism |
I tend to look for the symbolism in
eveything.words,voices,images,memories ect...what I'm working on now
is letting go of seeing everything as symbolic,and just seeing
everything as part of an infinite continuum...

I do this much more than I should. I also take a lot of things
personally. I hear that if I don't take stuff personally, I'll have a
much easier time. But if my opinion of myself is generally pretty low,
& if someone's on my back all the time, harping on me, criticizing
every little thing I do or say, how am I supposed to NOT take it
personally?
