letting go of the past |
It really is very, very difficult for me to break old patterns, but I
guess the point of life is the journey, not the destination,so I might
as well keep trying...I have a hard time letting go of the past. It's
such a jumble of images and memories...how do you understand the
past?how do you make sense of it when it's such a confusing blur?or is
it better to just try to be in the present, and when you do think of
the past, force yourself to think of happy memories?I just don't
know...

A good friend once told me. You cannot change the past, you can only change
your attitude....so maybe instead of letting go of the past, you need to
change your attitude of how you feel about it.....
