I think I understand what your saying %...that it's better to just
accept reality as it happens,in the moment,without overanalyzing...I
agree...It's very hard not to overanalyze things though.my reading has
taught me lately a lot about letting go of obsessing,letting go of
looking for symbolism,but it's tough to do...On the positive side,it
does sometimes help to talk about stuff.

well actually I was just having fun with the not believing in something
concept
but I guess I do stay in the minute as best as I can because I find if I get
to analytical
nothing but the analyzing gets accomplished
.

i'm supposed to be spending my day analyzing, but i've been
living in the moment, instead. guess i ought to be going...
