Hi, i am going through depression. Have been for a long time. Would
appreciate someone to talk to, at this time, who will not judge me, or
condemn me for what i am going through.

Considering how busy i am, that seems more convenient. Also, I can;t
talk about my problems in main, for the entire world to see, justin
case. No need to be rude. I do not even have time to write here, but
because i am so lonely here i am. i mean, on chat it would all happen

I haven't eaten in 4 days. I can;t sleep, think, or function. I
somehow find the strength to carry on. I would break if i did not find
something to occupy me.

actually no - it is not bi-polar. It is a bad phase of depression. I
do not have episodes of mania, or any thing comparable to that. As
such, your diagnosis is incorrect. What I have is depression - pure
and simple.
In relation to me being busy, I am still a member of society, so have
to perform my work obligations and commitments. But, for a few mins
any time I can, I come here for solace and support.

i wasn't diagnosing you with anything, i was just commenting that it sounded
like bipolar. don't get so defensive. i have bad phases of depression as
well. most of us here, do.

I am grateful for the support offered by so many people here. Makes
you realise that the human condition is not so bad after all!
I have not been able to respond, as I am genuinely v busy, but manage
to come on a few mins every few hours. Once I get other urgent
obligations out of the way, I will make contact w/ the lovely and
generous people on this board. You are probably asking, 'why come on
here if she is so busy, then? My only defence is while human beings
were made for many things, loneliness is not one of them.
There seems to be a strong support network here, and for that I am
thankful.

i try. it really doesn't matter. i have to *choose* who to associate with,
and you have made it deep into my killfile. the only reason you get out is

fast. you are a poisonous, vitrolic person who enjoys attacking
schizophrenics (e.g. David) and you are the last person on the planet i

i'd like to know which seizure disorder besides temp lobe epilepsy would
cause those issues. it's all "word games". Franz is picking on psychotic
depressives and other people with serious mental illnesses.

Gravity, no need to be rude. I have been suffering from depression for
years now. The Highs are high, and very transient. The lows are low,
and are more or less permanent.
Human beings were made for many things. Loneliness is not one of them.

i didn't mean to be rude. re-reading your post, i notice you said you had
it for a long time. you need to do something about it. or are you going to
have 10 more years of depression? there is counseling, chat, meds, and
other alternatives.
some things you can't tough out. if you have a broken leg, you are probably
in need of medical assistance.
while it seems neat to "tough it out" what if leads to you being miserable
or taking a 9 millimeter to your head?
you could email someone anonymously if you wish.
