Only the biggest news story since man came down from the trees:
***** Cheney officially changed his preferred brand of toilet paper without
immediately notifying the media. America's crack journalists are busy
sniffing out the facts to see if there might be some sort of hemorrhoid
cover up.
In other news... a new study finds that the lives of Americans have reached
a new low in boredom and worthlessness. 90% of Americans polled agreed
with the statement "Even the most insignificant details of the lives of
anyone who has ever appeared on television are far more interesting than my
life."

Oh. I'd been living oblivious to all of that. But then I was awaken and
saw... the TV.

A quick look made me think the quantity-vs-quality ratio has been
leaning
in the wrong direction in the last few days.
I might be wrong, however - I can't keep up either.

Well what was the last thing you remember?

The lights, the little brown men, the examination room, the anal
probe...
and then blackout. Just when the fun was about to begin, isn't that
so typically neo.

Yeah, when purpleveggie started saying something about profiles it was
the first I'd heard about it...probably because I only go through google
groups as an absolute LAST resort. But I figured, hey might as well see
what the hell he's talking about. Now you gotta create yours. The
interface for the profiles is just as well thought out as the rest.
Only thing going on here is a gravity meltdown, I'm sure you can see the
post fallout. Before that we had hit a real boring spell. Che fortuna!

Google Groups isn't exactly of my liking either, but they (Google) do
have
one of the cleanest user interfaces I've found online, definitely. If
only
they opensourced Google Earth, I'd be kissing their arses.

Oh well, how could I but notice! ;-) Yeah, a meltdown is exactly what
it
looks like. I certainly hope he gets better soon - it must be a living
hell
inside his head right now, I can't even imagine it.

I like their interface for most things, I think the scripting running
the gmail interface is pretty brilliant even. But google groups is a
brown streak on their underwear.
Google earth is pretty cool, but to be honest I installed it, played
around with it for a while and haven't touched it since. Do you want the
whole project open sourced or just an API?

That's the impression I get, but what I don't understand is that he has
no desire to treat it effectively. He does seem to go off on medication
causing brain damage but he never seems to touch on the kindling theory
which to me is something to be considered to the same degree. Personally
I fear going off medication on the basis that what I have going right
now is working well for me and should I stop...if I come back will it
work as well or will I be on another multi year search.
