Lucinda Basset's program |
Has anyone had any experience with her Attacking Anxiety and
Depression program.
I'm curious to hear any positive or negative comments anyone might
have in regard to it.

I started to get on this program but when I got a good look at the materials
and their subsequent cost I nearly had a breakdown. It is a little too
expensive IMO. Since finances are one of the things that trigger my anxiety
I didn't think going that deep in my wallet was going to help matters.
Still, I too wonder if it works.

x-no-archive: yes
I'd be leary of anything you have to purchase through an informercial.
This is one reason why. Then again, if she has a guarantee on it, if
you send the materials back within a certain amount of time, that might
work. I did that with a book once. They said I could try the book for
30 days, and then send it back if I didn't want to keep it. They even
included postage to send it back. So I read the book, and sent it back
before the 30 days, and I didn't pay a dime.
There are no magic bullets out there, imo.

Is she the Viking Helmet lady? Or is she someone else? And if she's
not the Viking Helmet lady, who is?
