i would say that mania is a unique beast. there's nothing quite so
satisfying as a good "up" period. but period implies cycles, implies
something less than "up" at some point. all good things come to an end, and
there is the inevitable crash. but with me, i don't think the cycles have
rhyme or reason. there is nothing really that triggers me. you could
trigger paranoia, or anger, but nothing substantially to harm the total
structure of the mood. i'm not sure exactly what my point is. hopefully
someone understands.

I don't remember which medications you are on. Are you taking
something for mania? If you aren't, you should have a talk with your
doctor about it. For that matter, you should have a talk with your
doctor if you are, because it doesn't seem to be working very well. I
hope you have a good doctor.

to some extent, I think I understand... maybe not completly... but
to some extent, I do, I think... especially aftrer I drink coffee... or
in certain other situations...
