yes, i ended up safe. slept on and off, finally got up for good
at 1 pm. so far, today's not great, but much better.

i'm glad you remembered your blood pressure med. high blood
pressure can cause a very bad headache.

Thank you, Lisa. I am more concerned about heart damage or something
like what happened to Wombn than a headache out of high blood pressure.
I have to do something to take my pills at night. Usually those are the
ones I forget to take, whereas in the morning I almost always remember.

when you take the ones in the morning put the night time pills on the
bed, then you'll see them when it's time for bed.
