mirrored too |
been good for a while, chasing the blues away - very real ones leading
to true depression - exercised, cut down on smoking, drinking, and
eating so now i'm going to play "english" night - have beer-battered
fish (cheap "gorton's" style) with roast potatoes, peas, vinegar and
ketchup - with two glasses of red wine to bust up the cholesterol and
relax the hell out of me - then tomorrow (payback is a *****!) - i will
relax and renew my vows to myself and chase the blues away riding on my
bike (peddling my ***** around the neighborhood in the hot, bloody hot,
air), doing "pilates" (it's for men and women) and hoping my
arteriolsclorosis behaves - if not - whoops - cardiac unit.
fortunately, i can tell the difference between plain boredom and real
depression - when you're your own boss, you don't get bored that much
so each time you feel depressed, there's actually a damn good reason
for - sorry shrinks - you analyse too damn much - gotta keep on,
keeping on - oh, and excellent company really helps (hell, even
half-assed companions help).

This sounds like the best plan I've heard in a long time. Good on you!
