Miserable Man is fat |
Hi, This is Mollie. Millie and I are worried about Miserable Man. He
is fat, and he keeps eating too much unhealthy food. :(
We have told him that he should only eat fruit and veggies like we do,
but he keeps eating junk food and unhealthy snacks.
Please help us! We don't want to lose our adoptive human father. Who
would take care of us then?

It is. Disgusting infact. I got close to 100 kg before
deciding to become anorexic. I'm not as strong as I used
to be, however made the decision because I felt like I was
dieing, especially in hot humid weather. Not to mention ugly
as all *****.
It's easy to loose weight. I don't see what the problem is.
I just went to a liquid diet, ice water initially, with some
lemon juice in it. Worked a treat, in fact a bit too well, I
possibly should eat more food as I sometimes feel a bit weak.

This is not good, suggested fluid intake instead, iced water
with a squit of lemon or other fruit juice.

Unfortunately, some people are not willing to help themselves. You
can implore all you like and give excellent advice, but, unless MM is
motivated to do it for himself, it won't happen.
I guess you can only hope that you die before he does.
Keep eating your fruit and veggies, and set a good example. That's
pretty much all you can do.
