Object: more stable mood
my mood seems to have stabilized a little. this week i didn't have the same
extreme high (a hypomanic episode, i think my pdoc called it) as i did one
day last week. nor did i feel extremely depressed.
i think i can live without taking lexapro, if it stays like this week.
except for feeling slightly more anxious than when i took lexapro, i don't
feel worse. on the positive side, i don't feel like a numb, unemotional
zombie like i did on lexapro, celexa, and zoloft.
i don't know if i feel ok because i'm taking st john's wort now, or if i
would feel the same without sjw. maybe in a while i'll try going off st
john's wort.

thanks. i feel much better than i did a few years ago, just before i started
taking various antidepressants. maybe i won't have to take antidepressants
my whole life, even though my pdoc thinks that i will. i really feel like
i'm recovering from depression, although anxiety is still a big problem for
me.
i hope everything is going well for you too.

I think the best scenario is finding what works and sticking with
it. I was experimented on for years but my present combo works and
I'm sticking with it.
Glad to hear you're feeling better.
