Morning |
x-no-archive: yes
Horrible nightmare. Managed to face whatever heinous horror was keeping me paralised, and then I woke. Must remember this trick next time.

I am convinced that some of the dreams I have/have had are
related somehow to the state of my brain chemisty. I had for
years had a certain type of dream similar to yours, that
threatened to end in paralysis and a sort of doom. The sertraline
(Zoloft) stopped that, stopping the Rx brought dreams back that
were very unpleasantly vivid but with an "overlay" of "drama"
(i.e. people, events, etc.) that were an insulation against the
doom-looming paralysis.
This next dream had an entirely different provocation IMO:
Even stranger, last night I dreamed about a certain association
and people (actually the dream had numerous errors and time-
transpositions, being a dream) with whom I used to associate,
and I realized after I had been awake some time that these ppl
had had a gathering overlapping the time I had been asleep.
