Motivation |
For the past several days I've had no motivation to do anything.
I think, there's no reason for doing anything.
There's no reason to continue to exist.
Do I continue to live in order to experience?
It's too painful.
What's the purpose of living?

Oooh I've been feeling that way too, and I've gone through it before, and
the sense of purpose always eventually returns when your willing to really
contemplate and make changes

How do you contemplate?
More contemplation often leads to inaction. Most of the time I know
what I have to do, but I always find a distraction to keep me away from
doing the important things.

When I initially was going through things, I had made out a daily
schedule to follow, as well a list of goals every day. This is one of
the things they have you do in the hospital, which helps get back to
being into a routine of some kind. I find that keeping a daily
structure helps more then anything else, besides meds.
I also feel like I had to make changes, but am eventually learning that
while some change can be positive, too much can be stressful.
Sometimes just a med adjustment can help as well.
