Object: Moving
Hi everyone! Hopefully a few of you remember who I am...
Mike and I are in the process of moving...not very far, but we're moving out
of the trailer we're now occupying with Mike's brother Joe and his
girlfriend Jenne. And her 4 kids that she has half the week. To say the
least, it's become quite crowded there.
And we're moving into....another trailer! But this one is much bigger, and
it will just be the two of us. We are moving out of a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom
place into a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom one. And much more living room and
kitchen space. And Mike's excited that we'll both have our own bathrooms so
my junk (makeup, curling irons, etc.) stays in one and he can keep his
vintage Playboys (so he calls them) in the other. Yeah, we were at a flea
market and he bought $5 worth of old Playboys--"because they're probably
worth a lot of money"--sure, Mike. But after almost 10 years with a guy,
you tend to overlook stuff like that a little more easily. It's almost
scary that I don't care.
But I'm rambling. Anywyay, new place, so I'm excited. It'll be nice that
when I clean the place it won't be trashed by that evening. (Joe and Jenne
aren't the neatest couple of people.) Plus I won't be woken up at 3:30 a.m.
because they're fighting or because Jenne's brought home her drinking
buddies. Yes, that happens quite often.
So, yay!

could this have something to do with Buddy not being around right now?
