My back really hurts. |
Lower back, where the ***** meets the waist. I had bought these
absorbine jr. back patches. Put one on about 2 hours ago. Just makes
me feel like my back is wet. I think it's working somewhat, cause I
stopped groaning. It will click back into place as the day goes on,
usually as I lift my leg to climb over something, a big knuckle-like
crack....then I'll be fine.

I broke my back (Lower) when I was five, mom rolled the station
wagon,(no car seats back then and seat belts were never worn) Anyway
my lower back healed. The fracture is where the tail bone connects to
the rest of the back bone, right above my butt crack. There is a
rather large lump, I'm told it's calcium deposits and that the tail
bone healed crooked. I have one hip 2" higher then the other due to
this and I have constant lower back aches. Those patches (bengay, etc)
work pretty well for me, hot soaks in the tub, and stretching massages
help. I feel your pain, literally. I figure if my back hurts this
often at age 41, I imagine i'll be using a walker or a wheel chair as a
senior.
