My brain |
feels like it's full of mud. Can't remember, can't think
straight. I don't know if it's from fatigue or depression. Maybe
both. I hope it clears up before I see my family this weekend. I
don't want to have to deal with a hundred questions and my
mother telling me what I need to do to run my life properly to
solve my depression. I guess I could tell her I'm just
exhausted. Exhaustion she understands.

Maybe you should tell them this at outpatient. Also, I felt better after I
slept full nights, and increasing the imirpimine 50 mgs. Am sorry things
aren't going well.

I'm getting almost, but not quite enough sleep. That might be
part of the problem. I told the nurse today how I was feeling,
and she talks to the rest of the staff. I'll probably bring it
up in group tomorrow. It's a real problem.
