The babies are doing great. They climb and run and wrestle with each
other. They eat food now, and they've got their fur now. I think I'm
going to keep all of them, if they have another litter I might give
those away, but I don't know yet. I'm attached to these ones.

Oh I know eh? They're hard to resist. If it were me I would want to keep
them too. The first litter is one thing but after that I had to have
someone else police me so that I wasn't overrun with them.

I've had axolotials as pets, they do that.

I had no idea what they were until you posted this and I looked them up.
Yikes! The weirdest thing I read is..."Axolotl," is a larval salamander
regarded as edible and prepared by either roasting or boiling and eaten with
vinegar or cayenne pepper."...yuck...(shudder)...not in a million years.
Oh, so gross...
