My CRT monitor is close to retirement |
I have an old 19 inch CRT monitor. Lately, the image width keeps
switching between correct and too wide. Each time it switches, there is
a clicking or popping sound. I think the tube will fail soon. When it
does, I will no longer have any CRTs at home, only LCDs.
The 19 inch CRT is *very* heavy. I do not look forward to having to move
it down the stairs, to my truck, and onto the bed.
Don't worry - I'll keep posting without interruption. I already have a
second monitor - a 17 inch LCD.
