Object: My depression
My depression went away. I do not feel depressed today. Maybe it is for the
fact that I am dinning with friends tonight. We are going to a German
restaurant where we eat heavy and fatty, but delious food. I do not recall
well, but I think I had something to eat this morning. I hate to forget
what I did during the day, but it is what happens to me. I think it is due
to that most of my days are similar and the entropy in my life. I have a
complete absence of a schedule for everything. I'm a mess. What worries me
is not to remember whether I had my medications, but today I remeber well.
I suspect I have medicated twice some days which is very dangerous. I need
a partner who takes care of myself. Any volunteers? Of course, Claudia, I
know you do not want to look after anybody.

every night, just before i go to bed, i put the next morning's
pills in a pill box next to the bed. then i can tell if i took
them or not. if i need medicine later, i reuse the box. i can
always tell if i missed a dose, and never take double.

That's a cool idea. I'll use a pillcase because of my pet. Thanks.
