I saw my doctor today, he lowered my zoloft to 100. He thought it could
have been causing the anxiety. We'll see. Am looking forward to it. He
didn't think I needed to be in day-treatment or inpatient, but told my
dad I might have to go anyway. Lately I've been depending more on
exercise and nutrition for mood, and posting here. I've noticed that
since I started taking the thyroid med that this part has improved.

I told him about my radio signal I've been hearing. I'm tempted to go
underneath the house and see if there is a recorder of some kind there.
It usually stops playing every time I go in to check on it. Am sorry
for my behavior in here earlier.
