and I have horrible heartburn....weird that happens when I'm not
eating much. Have many posts I want to reply to but looking at the
moniter is making my head hurt worse, but still wanted to let you all
know I'm thinking about you and feel for what some of you are going

I get that way sometimes. Thats why I eat fruit and raw veggies all
day long. If I don't eat for hours then I get terrible heartburn - not
hungry, just an incredibly sharp pain. Its best to eat small amounts
every couple of hours. Every few hours, I'll have an orange, an apple
or a carrot.
