Object: My husband's leaving
He flies to Chicago tomorrow to pick up a car and drive it back.
It's not a good time for him to leave, but the car's ready now
and his car needs transmission work, so we could use a third
working car. He'll be back Thursday, when we're supposedly
getting 6+ inches of wet snow. Of course, the stereo in the new
car is non-functional as of today. I think it's going to be a
long trip for both of us, though he'll only be gone for a day.

I hope that the trip goes well, its warm here, I've had the air conditioner
on most of the day. Hope that everything is ok.

That's quite a way to get a car, like me going to Rome! (Worth it for a
Maserati :)
I hope it goes well for all of you. Snow isn't good for driving in, let
alone by the hundred miles.

The opinions given above may be mine. They might also
just be what I feel like saying right now, okay?

It's a 14 hour drive, and he's planning on driving it straight
through. He's going to be very tired when he catches up to the
snow around here, which is supposed to be the wettest, thus
most dangerous. I wish he'd gone yesterday, since we have blue
sky so far today.
Thanks, Alan.

Ah, jaybus, Lisa, this is sucky timing,
eh? With the weather forecast alone --
and that's the least of it. I'm not
usually up late at night when it gets
worse for you but I'll try to check in
tomorrow night.
