MY THING KEEPS BUILDING AND BUILDING AND |
i have to empty it ,
and then it starts all over again ,
and all because my 30 trail that fixed it ran out of time ,
so now i'm on the hunt for a new thing that will empty my things
and all because it makes things go faster
.

I am more inclined to just back it up, and re-install

Well, i need to not use the word 'backup', because the modern use of it is
not what I meant.
I just save my pictures and documents to CD, and reinstall windows when it
gets too slow, however i try to wait until my norton subscription expires
first so i dont lose months I paid for.
I will try to download cleaners before my next reinstall though, just to
see what they are like. They must be faster than my 8 CD HP XP reinstall
that takes about 6 hours to get done LOL
The XP is great, but boots slow, so if it is just surfing or newsgroups, I
use the fast win-95 machines. I will also have a great HP win-98 next
weekend ( my best friends extra machine that they have no room for )
Guess I will have to buy a bigger house, with more circuits LOL

I close Norton when I do it and I don't lose anything at all ,
but even a windows reinstall doesn't empty the cache stuff ,
although it does recoup a lot of space and I was giving it serious consideration
