Negative thoughts (sp: si) |
Life is empty, boring, and meaningless. I don't feel well, neither
physically nor mentally. I don't see any prospects for radical
improvement. What's the point in continuing?

Thanks for the suggestion. It might help, but then I need to challenge
my negative thoughts and try to see the positive side of everything, and
fool myself into believing that positive distortion of reality... That
isn't easy.

well, you do have some prospects, we have discussed them. can't
tell until you try and all that. if you don't remember (and
don't blame yourself if you don't it can take me many times
to remember something new) I'll mention it you again.
