no email address, so to Punk |
Just want to tell you my thoughts are with you. I don't know if it's
done...although it's not even close to being done even after every paper is
signed. So anti-climatic in a bad way. All the well wishes when the
marriage happens, then when it crashes and burns it's back to life with
pieces missing...amputated without anesthesia. People in my life such as
work and neighbors didn't know what to say and so said nothing. Then no
emails from even close friends knowing it was the day. I think I posted the
day prior asking for well wishes which I received and am and was
appreciative for. However the day of and subsequent days all eerily quiet.
Marriages are celebrated, deaths everyone gathers around for the
mourning...divorce? People avoid and it's a horrible, lonely experience.
Reguardless of good or bad outcome it's all painful.

yes, exactly. i feel like the amputating has been going on for so
long. like i'm being operated on with a plastic knife. and now even
the knife has broken and still the amputations continue. no
anesthesia, just pain, intense, unadulterated pain. and then no salve
for the open wounds. just "back to life with pieces missing".
People in my life such as

i barely speak with anyone i used to know, even my family. they have
no idea what i'm going through, and they really don't want me
complicating their lives with my fucked up life. it's extremely hard
and lonely. sorry you had to go thru it.

thanks. your post really helped me to process what i was going
through. i truly appreciate the time and sincerity you've so
graciously extended to me.
there are better days coming. hope they get here sooner than later for
each of us.
