Sometimes it really upsets me that not everyone thinks the way I
do... not everyone has my extremly liberal political beliefs, for
example, that's often frustrating... and not everyone has my aesthetic
tastes either... I often wish everyon would share my enthusiasms for
certain books,music,movies etc... but I guess everyone has their own
tastes, sometimes they are tastes I share, and sometimes not... I guess
there is nothing to be done about that either... though sometimes you
introduce people to things you enjoy, which sometimes works, and
sometimes doesn't... I guess you just have to accept that there are all
kinds of people in this world, with all kinds of opinions and tastes...
It's interesting though how sometimes you wouldn't know what another
persons tastes are, unless the subject somehow gets introduced, by
asking them a question or they happen to notice some piece of clothing
you are wearing etc and make a comment...
