I had a first flu shot this yesterday for very first time, I had to go
back to the clinic get a second flu shot for a once next Friday.
I will have a every once shot a year on.
Doesn't mean that I naked to walk outdoor or indoor even it's cold.
I take a precaution.

I started getting them about 5 years ago. Now I make a point to remember
and get one every year. Cheap insurance. I sure would rather get the shot
than get the flu.
The importance of getting the shots grows the older you get.

When you hit 45, you feel still young, and 49, still young,, and 50,
ok, feeling bit aged, there comes 51, really feeling the age,, and 52,,
sure feel the age, feeling 53 coming,, I got to be careful with my body
because, doing seems lasting!!!

I'm 55 and definitely feeling my age. At this age, you start feeling the
effects of age discrimination in the job market. It gets tougher every year
competing with the younger brains.

Do ppl in Japan still wear the face masks? I always thought
those were a good idea, if not pretty.
Gloves have some use also, but they must get very germ-y
on the outside if they aren't disposable.
