now the fun is just beginning |
welp these new owners have started at the last of their aquisitions as of
late, my old apt. building in town.......
there's a retarded fellow that lives just above where I lived there for
ages........he gets his SS on the 7th......
In all the time he's lived here, he's paid his rent on the 7th, no
problemo.........
Apparently he received a letter from the new owners informing him this
wasn't acceptable and he should be expecting an eviction.........
I don't know if they can do this but apparently they're going to behave as
if they can........
(these guys are champions at finding ***** to get rid of 1.the poor
2.those with bad credit 3.pets, and 4. any and all who they deem to be
"less than desireable", which mostly means poor and/or ill
The poor ***** had to have one of the neighbors read and explain the
letter to him....he can't even do that
He's one of the quietest of tenants there,
I've always known these guys were assholes, even the few remaining of the
really old generation remembers them, too...........from a long standing
line of assholes
I hope they hold off on my place just long enough........
So far it's taken 'em a couple months to really put the boots to people in
the previous buildings they've bought lately.........but nothing would
suprise me, either
Better be ready to bail, that's all I can say
But that's pretty damn low
His name is David and I can't think of anyone who deserves this ***** any
less.........I hope to God he's got some decent relatives or advocates
somewheres..........
